▍ ❝   PENNI UPDATE.
This month PENNI has required some maintenance and updating to her system. As you may have noticed she has been experiencing errors with the update to IPD which were simple solutions of just switching some channels or deleting commands. She also under went a quality of life change for HRs, she can now accept applications and role the people applying since I've noticed a few HRs can be forgetful. I do plan on implementing something similar for tryouts however that will need to be added next month.
She will also send out reminders of weekly quota being due, EOTM needing to be submitted, and Lore Team needing to do their quota check.
I would also like to note that she was updated to have a new deployment notice for each site; the new text she uses being provided by the Godfather.▍ ❝   COMMUNITY INTERACTION.
This entire month I have been somewhat heavily involved in the REIU-V community for better and for worse.
On 10/07/2024 I sent over 481 that week.
On 10/14/2024 I sent over 186 that week.
On 10/21/2024 I sent over 470 that week.
On 10/29/2024 I sent over 460 that week.
Besides the amount of messages I sent I have also hosted Movie Nights although I didn't keep as consistent as I wanted to for Halloween. We watched FNAF along with Coraline as our selections which both had good turn outs.
I'd include the Halloween HQ event that we had as a community interaction but it falls better under my work done for the Construction Team.

▍ ❝   GODFATHER'S LOA.
During the Godfather's LOA I was able to take full reigns of the faction. This resulted in me keeping on top of LOA's, making sure we stood out off trouble, remained hosting deployments, and just generally making sure things ran smoothly. For the most part it was relaxed as not much was going on. Only major thing to note was having to announce we no longer deploy on 49 due to their server getting deleted.
On the same note of Godfather I stood on top of making sure he did his fair share of work.
- Updating the test submission form that Blue had submitted.
- Updating the roblox group.
- Having him allow Inner Circle to manage group funds.
- Asking him to add a new role to the group.
- Having him redo the inv link.
- Having him check DMT apps.
- Pushing him to get an Underboss.▍ ❝   BUILDER UPDATES.
Building has sort of come to a halt. We don't have many dedicated builders that work in the timezones we host BSSUs. Most work has been done by our Head Builder Silence. This might be a good time to advertise the applications again and search for new builders to recruit.
Besides activity we actually have gotten a lot done this month between updating offices and adding an entirely new area which is a cave system that will eventually lead to another building perhaps.
We also managed to update the HQ with Halloween decorations. I give majority of the credit to Silence, Floofer, Mono and Heretic as I spent my time mainly working on the Backrooms.

▍ ❝  LORE TEAM.
As you may already know I tried setting up a Murder Mystery event that was proposed by Corpse who was coordinating the entire thing. This however failed poorly due to Lore Team not prioritizing their assigned project given to them by the Godfather. Although they did hand it in the end it was only completed/worked on by Rose and two others; one of them not even a lore team member.
Before the cancellation of the Murder Mystery we did have a meeting to plan it out on 10/14/2024.
On 10/09/2024 I had Storm post the anomalous personnel apps which would remain open for 48 hours. Upon reviewing the apps they were all either overpowered or very basic; we were trying to look for unique abilities but nothing stood out. We ended up accepting Angel, Snake, Showman and Blue however we did have to restrict Showman by removing his anomalous role.
On a smaller note we did an activity check for the MR VIP personnel to make sure they're deploying.

▍ ❝   SCIENTIFIC INQUISITION DIVISION.
At the beginning of the month the inquisitor division got a new wave of MRs. The MRs performed up to standard and a few went above in performance.
Afterwards my, at the time, HR Blue had updated the grading system to include:

CREATIVITY
COMPLIANCE
PUNCTUATION
GRAMMAR
LENGTH

There was also a change for one of the specializations, I considered it minor however the LR and MR inquisitors thought it was a major change. Thaumaturgy's name was changed to Thaumatology resulting in them not being allowed to practice magic only to study it. People came to accept this change and we haven't heard any complaints or problem since.
The inquisitor division had another batch of MRs release in the middle of the month. All of them had exceptional applications and were highly qualified for their positions. The future of the MRs in the inquisitor division is truly looking bright. Even then though we have had a few problems within the division relating to entering CCs without permission along with the LRs not respecting testing regulations. Thankfully those problems have slowed down as they're educated on procedures.

My HR inquisitors have been slacking this month but mostly because they were on LOA. Me and Rose have been trying to encourage/help them get back into the flow of things as best as we can.
Inquisitor Tryouts in total this month were: 26. Not the best but a decent amount for the amount of people on LOA this month.
You also may have noticed the release of the new MR update. We still have a few things to work out as it goes through the trials. Rose worked on the docs with the notes Silence and I worked on when we had the initial meeting for the idea proposal.
I still need to update the Inquisitor Hierarchy as I don't believe we have any use for Assistant Councilors anymore and would rather add another low MR ranking.
On another note for inquisitors there was a suggestion left that wanted improvements to the Medical specialization. Majority of it isn't something we'd implement like merging Medical with OVU medics or making medical its own division. However I did like the idea of Medical Inquisitors and OVU CLS doing small medical trainings together. Of course this would only have INRP benefits but most of Medicals notes/information is based off of real life techniques so it's also a learning experience, we should definitely give points to those who participate in those medical trainings. Medical does want to also start hosting small events/demonstrations which I approved since our old Councilor Justice did that, basically going over safety procedures and medical practices.

▍ ❝  NOTES.
Nearly an entire month of being on LOA and I have so much to show for still. I may not be the greatest HICOM but I sure as hell ain't the worst. Even when I'm wanting to retire my work hasn't gone to a complete halt so I don't want to hear any complaints on how I do nothing or should be hosting more deployments when I clearly have more important things to do.I give my thanks to my Inquisitors who help make this "job" easier and interesting. Would've gone completely insane if I didn't have them.
